Receiving documents from applicants

3.1. Acceptance of documents for training in basic professional educational programs is carried out for the first year on the personal application of citizens (application form - appendices No. 1,2).

3.3. Applications for full-time study are accepted until August 15 (for specialty 02/43/02 Hairdressing art- until August 10).

Applications for distance learning are accepted before the start of the orientation session.

3.4. When submitting an application (in Russian) for admission to the college, the applicant presents the following documents:

• citizens of the Russian Federation:

Original or photocopy of documents proving his identity, citizenship,

Original or photocopy of a document on education and (or) a document on education and qualifications,

• foreign citizens, stateless persons, incl. compatriots living abroad:

A copy of the applicant’s identity document, or a document certifying the identity of a foreign citizen in the Russian Federation;

The original document (documents) of a foreign state on education and (or) a document on education and qualifications;

Certificate of recognition of foreign education;

A duly certified translation into Russian of a foreign state’s document on education and its annex (if the latter is provided for by the legislation of the state in which such a document was issued);

Copies of documents or other evidence confirming that a compatriot living abroad belongs to the groups provided for in Article 17 Federal Law from 05/24/1999 No. 99-FZ “On public policy Russian Federation in relation to compatriots abroad";

The surname, first name, patronymic (last if available) of the applicant, indicated in the translations of the submitted documents, must correspond to the surname, first name and patronymic (if any) specified in the identity document of the foreign citizen in the Russian Federation.

3.5. Persons entering training in the specialty “Hairdressing”, which is included in the list of specialties approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 14, 2013 No. 697, for which a mandatory preliminary medical examination (examination) is required upon admission to training, present a conclusion on the results of the mandatory preliminary medical inspection (examination).

3.6. If an applicant provides information that does not correspond to reality, the college has the right to return the documents to the applicant.

3.7. The application for admission, as well as the necessary documents, can be sent to applicants through public postal operators, as well as in electronic form.

When sending documents through public postal operators, the applicant encloses with the application for admission photocopies of documents proving his identity and citizenship, a document on education and (or) a document on education and qualifications, as well as other documents provided for by these rules.

Documents sent by mail are accepted upon their receipt by the college no later than the deadlines established by paragraph 3.3 of these rules.

3.8. When submitting documents in person, the applicant is given a document acceptance receipt.

3.9. Upon written application, applicants have the right to pick up the original document on education and (or) document on education and qualifications and other documents submitted by the applicant. The documents are returned by the college no later than the next working day after submitting the application.

GBPOU JSC "Arkhangelsk Financial and Industrial College" has a comfortable dormitory, which is located at: Arkhangelsk, Lomonosova Ave., 291, bldg. 1.

The hostel has 5 floors and is designed for 200 places for non-resident applicants. There are 105 places available for 2017 applicants.

On the 1st floor there are premises for holding cultural events and recreation: an assembly hall, a library, sanitary facilities (showers, laundry, drying, ironing). On the 3rd floor there is a room for independent study. Students live in rooms for 2-3 people. The rooms are equipped with the necessary furniture and soft equipment. On each floor there are kitchens equipped with electric stoves.

The hostel has access control, which is provided by watchmen; in the evening and at night, there is a teacher who supervises the residents of the hostel.

4. Multi-level training system. In collaboration with the university and schools in the city of Arkhangelsk, the college implements networking programs and provides training in groups according to the School-College-University programs.

5. Employment is not a problem. Graduates are in demand and can realize themselves; in addition, the college implements additional educational programs, which expand employment opportunities and guarantees.

6. Rich, exciting student life. Organization of leisure time - holding sports competitions, professional competitions, Student Day, New Year, KVN, Miss AFPC - these issues are dealt with by the College Student Council.

7. High achievements are our pride. AFPC students have repeatedly become winners and prize-winners of city and regional competitions and Olympiads. For three years they have won prizes in the International Olympiad "IT-Planet", which takes place in St. Petersburg.
